Driving west from Dallas or the mid-cities:

Take 635West to Bass Pro exit; stay to the right and make a left turn at the light. Pass 2 lights (opposite the Embassy Suites) and lake left turn at 3rd light onto Route 26. Make a left at the 3rd light and a first right on Wall Street. Anodyne Headache and PainCare is at the end, next to Tuscany Restaurant

 

Driving east from Fort Worth:

Take Route 121 North to the 114 Business exit (Texan Trail). Make left turn. At the 2nd light, turn left into the complex. We are next to the Tuscany Restaurant.

Driving South from mid cities/Denton/Lewisville:

Take Interstate 35 to 635 West; then as above

Driving from DFW airport:

Take North Exit to Route 114West. Get off at first exit (114Business/Texan Trail). Make right then turn left at 2nd light as above
